These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ClearPulse Limited ("ClearPulse", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the ClearPulse platform available at clearpulse.ng (the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age and resident in Nigeria to use ClearPulse. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
ClearPulse is a personal finance intelligence platform that helps you track income, expenditure, and financial health across your Nigerian bank accounts. The Service includes:

ClearPulse is a financial data visibility tool, not a financial advisory service.
Nothing on the ClearPulse platform — including spending insights, runway calculations, net worth estimates, financial health scores, tax estimate reports, or any other content — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. All data, insights, and reports are generated automatically based on your transaction history and should be used for informational purposes only.
You should consult a qualified financial advisor, accountant, or tax professional before making financial, investment, or tax decisions. ClearPulse is not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information displayed on the platform.
To use ClearPulse, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
You may not share your account with other individuals or create accounts on behalf of others without their explicit consent. Each account is for one individual user's personal finances only.
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when registering and to keep your account details up to date.
ClearPulse connects to your bank accounts using Mono Technologies Limited, a licensed Open Finance provider under the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Open Banking Framework.

You may disconnect any linked bank account at any time from your account settings. Disconnection stops future data fetches but does not automatically delete historical transaction data already imported. To delete this data, you must request account deletion.
ClearPulse offers the following subscription tiers: Free, Pro (₦2,500/month or ₦24,000/year), and Elite (₦7,500/month or ₦65,000/year). Prices are in Nigerian Naira and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Paystack. By subscribing to a paid tier, you authorise ClearPulse to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by Nigerian consumer protection law.
ClearPulse reserves the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
Founding Member pricing: If you were offered a Founding Member rate, that rate applies to your account for as long as you maintain an active subscription on the tier for which it was offered. Founding Member pricing is non-transferable and is forfeited if the subscription lapses.
You agree to use ClearPulse only for lawful personal finance tracking purposes. You must not:

ClearPulse and all associated technology, design, software, trademarks, and content are the exclusive property of ClearPulse Limited. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the Service.
Your transaction data and the financial records you enter remain yours. ClearPulse does not claim ownership of your personal financial data. You grant ClearPulse a limited licence to process and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at clearpulse.ng/privacy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using ClearPulse, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
We aim to provide a reliable, accurate service but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or complete data accuracy at all times. Bank data is fetched from third-party providers and may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, or subject to errors outside our control.
ClearPulse is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, continuously available, or that insights generated will be accurate or suitable for any specific purpose.
We will communicate planned maintenance in advance and aim to resolve unplanned outages as quickly as possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, ClearPulse Limited and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid to ClearPulse in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
ClearPulse may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. Where possible, we will notify you before suspension and give you an opportunity to remedy the breach.
Upon termination for any reason, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and display a notice within the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of ClearPulse after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The current version of these Terms is always available at clearpulse.ng/terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of ClearPulse shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
